Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Manufacturing defect found.

Return Request

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers must provide:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Unboxing Images (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products
• Damaged due to customer misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or special offer items (unless damaged)

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced based on stock availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
